FAQs

You first choose the accommodation you're interested in and check its availability and price. If you decide to move forward, you submit a booking request. Once the host approves your request, you can complete the payment for the rental fee and deposit.
The deposit is typically around 300,000 KRW regardless of the length of stay, but it may vary depending on the property. If there are no issues during your stay, the deposit will be refunded to your original payment method.
The total rent fee includes:
  • Security Deposit (refundable)
  • Utility Charges (water, gas, electricity)
  • Cleaning Fee (for move-out cleaning)
We accept Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, JCB and more. You can use your existing card for easy payment.
The deposit will be partially refunded to the original payment method after a smooth checkout.
The host can either accept or decline a guest's reservation request.

Reservation process:

A host may decline a reservation request for the following reasons:
  • Since reservations are made in real time, your request may be declined if the dates have already been booked.
  • The host may decline due to personal circumstances, facility issues, or updated information.
  • If the host does not respond within 2 hours of the reservation request, it will be automatically canceled.

    For requests made between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM — when responses may be delayed — the host has until 10:00 AM to respond. (KST)
Contract changes can be processed after consultation with the host, following the steps below:
  • Mutual agreement between host and guest
  • Confirmation of the agreement by Customer Service
  • Payment for the change

Before requesting a contract change, please note:
  • The rental fee may differ depending on the time of the change request.
  • The refund policy may change if the schedule is altered.
  • If the schedule is postponed, the refund policy will apply based on the original dates.
  • If the schedule is moved earlier, the refund policy will apply based on the new dates.

Once you've completed the consultation with the host, please contact Customer Service to request the change.

We do not officially support pre-visits, as the property may be occupied by other guests. However, if the host agrees, a visit may be arranged through mutual coordination.
You can cancel without any penalty only if you meet both of the following conditions:
  1. The cancellation is made more than 30 days before check-in.
  2. The cancellation is requested within 24 hours after the payment has been completed.
