A host may decline a reservation request for the following reasons:
- Since reservations are made in real time, your request may be declined if the dates have already been booked.
- The host may decline due to personal circumstances, facility issues, or updated information.

If the host does not respond within 2 hours of the reservation
request, it will be automatically canceled.
For requests made between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM — when responses may be delayed — the host has until 10:00 AM to respond. (KST)
- Mutual agreement between host and guest
- Confirmation of the agreement by Customer Service
- Payment for the change
Before requesting a contract change, please note:
- The rental fee may differ depending on the time of the change request.
- The refund policy may change if the schedule is altered.
- If the schedule is postponed, the refund policy will apply based on the original dates.
- If the schedule is moved earlier, the refund policy will apply based on the new dates.
Once you've completed the consultation with the host, please contact Customer Service to request the change.
